Come Let’s Bring a Transformation in the Scientific Society

The Young Researchers Forum offers young researchers the possibility to meet and discuss research topics and methodologies, share and develop ideas, learn from each other and gain knowledge from senior researchers.

Young Researcher Sessions are organized at the 5th International Conference on Gastroenterology and Hepatology, to provide a unique platform for Young Researchers/Investigators for presenting latest research projects with an in-depth analysis. Allied Academies cordially invites Young Researchers from Universities/Institutes/Industries to present a short oral presentation during the forum. These oral presentations should be of 10 minutes duration in related scientific track followed by 5 minutes question hour. Therefore, presenters are encouraged to give comprehensive and dynamic talks. Applications will be selected based on past research productivity and future promise.

Eligibility

  • Young Investigators (e.g. Post-Graduate students, Post-doctoral fellows, Trainees, Junior faculty) are the focus of this event.
  • The topic must fit into scientific sessions of the conference.
  • Each individual participant is allowed to submit only one paper (as first author or co-author).
  • None of the authors should have senior position or faculty position.
  • Participants should be below the age of 33 years.
  • All submissions must be in English.
  • Opportunity for young researchers to learn about the research areas of their peers to increase their capacity as multidisciplinary researchers.
  • Actively distribute information and promote the benefits of education and career matters.

The prize winning papers will be considered for publication in the Allied Academies Publishing Group journals once the paper is subjected to standard review procedures.

Candidates applying for the Young Researcher Award should send their resume, and a letter of recommendation (from a research adviser for students or a senior faculty member) to gastro@alliedmeetings.com along with the online application form below.

Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the Participants to take care for their belongings at the venue during the conference. Cenetri Publishing Group & hotel management will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason whatsoever.

Insurance

Any kind of insurance is not included along with the registration in any of the events of the organization.

Press/Media

Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conference Organizing Committee prior to the event. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party nonprofit organization and this conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing.

Requesting an Invitation Letter

For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference after payment of complete registration fee. Once registration is complete, please contact gastro@alliedmeetings.com to request for a personalized letter of invitation, if not received until one month before the scheduled date of an event.

All the bank charges applicable during refund will be deducted from the account of participant.

Visa Information

we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible as they have idea about the increased security measures

All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only as allied academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. Important note for failed visa applications is that Visa issues are not covered under the cancellation policy of Allied academies, which includes the inability to obtain a visa.
